It can really feel like this after eating. Eating can be such a great escape for so many of us. It's biologically a need, and it fulfills an emotional comfort, and that's okay. We all have our vices that give us some inner sense of relief from how hard life can be, and food is actually not a bad way to go about it. As long as you're still healthy, then eat away! My favorite food is pasta, and when I'm sad I love just making myself some buttery, cheesy pasta to whisk away my problems.
